Dr James McKay is giving a presentation on the history of the Royal Artillery Guided Weapons Range. The talk will be supported by films and slides and James should give the audience a great insight into how the range developed from back in 1957 and the impact it had on the Islands. James will also speak about the developments on St Kilda.

A series of talks by Alastair MacEachan are to be held throughout November and January. The talks are supported by the Islands Book Trust and will give people the chance to learn about the Blasket Islands off the West coast of Ireland.
